Pre-Buy Program
The Pre-Buy Program allows a customer to purchase the estimated gallons
of propane that they will use from September 1st through March 31st. A
minimum purchase of 200 gallons is required. Payment in full prior to
September 1st is required to participate in the Pre-Buy Program.
Partial payments are not accepted. Once a customer's Pre-Buy gallons
are exhausted, any additional gallons delivered will be at the fixed
price. This program is available for a limited time, generally during
the months of July and August. Please call the office for availibility

Fixed Price Program
Coyne Propane guarantees a fixed price from September 1st through March
31st for any customer that is credit approved. Note: Customers that own
their own tank must be on the Keep Full service to be eligible. If a
customer allows their account to remain unpaid for over 60 days, this
agreement will be void and all future deliveries subject to current
pricing. Unlike most propane companies, Coyne Propane does NOT charge
an enrollment fee to participate in this program.
Budget Program
The Budget Program is designed for customers that want to make equal
monthly payments through the year to cover their winter heating
expenses. Coyne Propane will compute the amount of propane used during
the customer's past season, or esitmate anticipated useage for new
customers. We then mulitply that number by the estimated propane price
for the upcomming propane season and then divide that number by 11 or
the remaining months of the 'budget year' to calculate your monthly
payment. The Budget Program begins in June and ends in May. Any balance
from the heating season must be paid with the May statement (due May
15th). A statement is sent every month showing the activity on the
account. Payments are due by the 15th of the month. If the customer
misses a budget payment we will not deliver until the status of the
account is current.
