Keep Full Service
A Keep Full Customer is a customer who has approved credit and Coyne Propane fills your tank automatically. Coyne Propane will monitor and deliver propane to your tank when our computer program determines that your tank is between 20%-40%. There is no charge for this convenient service. Coyne Propane requires that your account is current and that all previous deliverie(s) made to your account are paid before any additional deliveries are made. Budget pay program customers must keep budget payments current. Seasonal customers and customers that burn wood are not eligible to participate in the Keep Full Program.
Will Call Service
A Will Call Customer is a customer who is responsible for monitoring their tank and calling Coyne Propane to schedule a delivery. Will Call Customers should call to schedule a delivery when the percentage of their tank is between 20%-30%. We will deliver to your tank within 4 business days of receiving your order. If you allow your tank to get too low and require an emergency delivery there will be a service charge. The charges are as follows:

Additionally, if you allow your tank to run completely out of fuel we are required to perform a pressure check of your propane system. There is a $30.00 surcharge for this required service.
Minimum Delivery
Coyne Propane's minimum delivery for propane is 200 gallons or fill if the tank will not hold 200 gallons. There are no exceptions to this rule.Terms
Coyne Propane's terms are net-30 from the date of delivery. Budget payments are due by the 15th of each month. COD customers must pay at the time of delivery or in advance of delivery.Cash Discount
Customers who pay at the time of delivery or within 8 days of their delivery will receive a discount of 2 cents per gallon on any delivery of 500 gallons or less. Customers that receive a delivery of 501 gallons or more will receive a 4 cent per gallon discount.Approved Credit
Coyne Propane will request a credit report based on the information you provide. To obtain an accurate credit report we will need your Social Security Number, Driver's License Number and birthdate. Coyne Propane management will use the information in your credit report to determine if you are credit approved.Cash On Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available to customers who have not provided the appropriate information to establish a charge account, who have a poor credit rating, and/or have failed to pay their account with Coyne Propane in a timely fashion. All COD customers must either pay for their propane before Coyne Propane delivers, OR someone must be home to pay the driver, OR leave the payment for the driver at a predetermined place (usually under the tank lid). Note: If a customer fails to meet the above requirements, Coyne Propane will not leave the propane and any future deliveries will need to be paid in the office prior to a delivery being scheduled. Coyne Propane will accept cash, check*, VIsa and MasterCard. The cash discount will not apply if a credit card is used as payment. A service charge of $25.00 will be assessed for each check returned.New Tank Sets/Switch Out
Coyne Propane will provide a first stage regulator, up to 25 feet of copper and labor at no charge to set a new tank, or switch out another company's tank. The customer is required to purchase the second stage regulator (attached to the house) and any additional copper required to set the tank. The customer is responsible for any permit fees required.Usage Requirements
Coyne Propane will set a tank based on the customers expected usage. The majority of our tanks are new, and setting the appropriate size tank allows our pricing to be competitive. We have four different size tanks available. There is a minimum yearly usage requirement for each size tank. If the yearly usage requirement is not met there will be a low usage fee (see chart below). The year begins the month that your tank is set. Customers that fail to meet the minimum yearly usage requirements can elect to have a smaller tank installed at no charge to avoid future low usage fees.| Tank Size | Minimum Yearly Usage | Low Usage Fee |

Coyne Propane reserves the right to place a smaller tank, or remove tank if there is no propane purchased for 12 consecutive months.
